Meet Keeley
Keeley began her restaurant career at Community Pie, where she quickly rose to a management role and discovered her passion for creating memorable dining experiences. After more than a year there, she was eager to step into a different kind of restaurant scene—one with elevated service and fresh opportunities to grow.
For Keeley, hospitality is about more than great food; it’s about people. She believes guests are the heart of the business, and she never loses sight of how much a good meal can turn someone’s day around. At the restaurant, she wears many hats: overseeing dry storage ordering, running the expo window, and spending time tableside getting to know guests. Her leadership style is hands-on and collaborative—she encourages her team to think independently, always leading by example and never asking anyone to do something she wouldn’t do herself.
Her favorite part of working with the management team is the variety of skills and perspectives each person brings to the table. That same appreciation for diversity shines through when she welcomes guests—whether by sharing the history of the building, talking about her favorite Chattanooga spots, or simply finding out what brought them in.
When it comes to the menu, Keeley is a fan of the pork chop with house-made chow-chow, paired with whiskey glazed carrots. For a refreshing sip, she swears by the Cucumber Cure All—perfect for a sunny afternoon on the patio. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her biking along the riverwalk, taking her dogs Tug and Snicks to the creek, or enjoying a bowl of ramen from Hanh Mi. She also has creative passions beyond restaurants, from interior design dreams to yoga and aromatherapy training.
Keeley loves recommending local gems like Calliope for its unique approach to food and community dining, or the Pickle Barrel for a nostalgic bite of Chattanooga history. Wherever she goes, her curiosity, warmth, and dedication to people follow close behind.
